// Bespoke solutions
We work with LATAM mid-market companies (50–500 employees, digitally mature) that need to automate customer support and internal processes with serious AI. Each engagement ships agents that execute real actions inside the client's stack — not generic chatbots, not endless slide decks.
How we work
Predictable cadence, fixed scope, fixed price. The discovery call is free and unlocks the proposal.
We understand the use case, the systems involved, and the action that needs to fire. By the end of the call we know whether the engagement is a fit and what the proposal will cover.
Closed scope, closed price, closed timeline. We name the deliverable, the integration boundaries, and what success looks like — before you sign.
Standard delivery window. The team owns design, build, and integration. Weekly checkpoints; the agent is testable against your real data from week two.
We leave it running, instrumented, and measurable. You see the real-action metric (booked, captured, routed) from day one in production.
Pricing
Engagements from USD 1,000 to USD 30,000.
Closed price per engagement — no hourly rates, no time-and-materials creep, no surprise change orders. The proposal lists what is included and what is out of scope before you sign.
Recent work
Numbers reflect the real action ratio — bookings, orders, tickets resolved — not engagement vanity metrics.
Pilot · Medical
~36%
of conversations end in a real action (appointment booked)
A medical clinic running the WhatsApp Agent Platform pilot: 11 conversations per day on average, 4 appointments booked by the agent itself — no human handoff. Calendar updates happen against the clinic's real Google Calendar.
Pilot · Restaurant
~52%
of orders are captured without the floor team stepping in
Pilot with a mid-sized restaurant: an agent that takes delivery orders, validates the menu and hours, calculates the total and delivery zone, and leaves the order ready for the dispatch system. Reservation and menu questions resolve in the same thread without a human handoff.
Pilot · Commerce
~71%
of catalog and shipping queries resolve on the first turn
Pilot with a mid-sized LATAM e-commerce shop: an agent that queries live stock, returns shipping status against the WMS, and resolves most post-sale tickets without escalating. The cases that do escalate land with the full conversation tagged for the operator.
Frequently asked
A typical engagement closes in 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Discovery to signed proposal usually takes one week; implementation runs four to five weeks; the first two weeks of operation are included in the engagement to validate the real-action metric in production.
You do. Every engagement ships with full code ownership transferred to the client: repos, prompts, evals, integrations. We can keep operating it on our infra, or hand the whole thing over to your team. Either path is named in the proposal before signing.
On the real-action metric the engagement is built around — appointments booked, orders captured, tickets routed, leads qualified. We instrument that metric on day one and report it weekly. "Engagement," "satisfaction," and other vanity metrics are not part of the contract.
Tell us the action that needs to fire, the system it lives in, and the volume. We will tell you on the call whether the engagement is a fit — and if it is, you get a fixed-price proposal within the week.
