Pricing FAQ

  • Can I move between Basic and Premium?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing cycle. The conversation history, knowledge base and bot configuration stay intact.

  • How does overage work?

    Above the 1,000 included conversations, every additional conversation costs USD 0.05. The billing screen shows the running count and the projected overage live, days before the cycle closes.

  • Do you accept payments from outside Colombia?

    Yes. International customers are billed in USD at the published rates. Colombian customers are billed in COP — the conversion is reviewed quarterly against the Banco de la República average exchange rate.
